Key Responsibilities- Manage the leasing office, including maintenance requests and liaising with building management to ensure a well-maintained office environment.
- Oversee front desk operations, acting as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external vendors.
- Manage outsourced kitchen providers to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Coordinate and assist with internal office safety protocols, working with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support event planning and coordination for internal company events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all employees.
- Take on light project management responsibilities, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Champion a positive, resilient, and savvy approach to problem-solving and workplace improvements, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
- Serve as a culture ambassador, bringing energy and enthusiasm to daily operations and interactions with employees.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in office administration, facilities management, or workplace experience roles.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proven track record of managing workplace safety, legal compliance, and working with vendors.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive attitude.
- Resilience and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in light project management and event planning is a plus.
