Job Title: On-site Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an On-site Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reside on-site at customer facility four days per week
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems
  • Perform pick up requests, update service records, and send out reminders
  • Monitor customer aging reports and resolve customer invoices
  • Use internal software to retrieve customer information, equipment status information, and make changes on purchase orders
  • Perform inventory services for one of our key accounts
  • Travel within a 15-mile range to perform tasks

Requirements:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a field related to customer service and/or asset management
  • Experience in defusing potentially angry customers
  • Basic knowledge and usage of computers
  • Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
  • Verification of Covid Vaccination

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Excel
  • Previous work experience in the metrology service industry
