Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an On-site Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reside on-site at customer facility four days per week
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems
- Perform pick up requests, update service records, and send out reminders
- Monitor customer aging reports and resolve customer invoices
- Use internal software to retrieve customer information, equipment status information, and make changes on purchase orders
- Perform inventory services for one of our key accounts
- Travel within a 15-mile range to perform tasks
Requirements:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous experience in a field related to customer service and/or asset management
- Experience in defusing potentially angry customers
- Basic knowledge and usage of computers
- Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
- Verification of Covid Vaccination
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Excel
- Previous work experience in the metrology service industry
