Role Overview:
We are in search of a Deputy Program Manager to support the Program Manager (PM) in overseeing contractor processes that facilitate contract performance and associated task orders. The Deputy Program Manager will serve as a key liaison between the PM, located at a government site, and the Contractor/Program Management Office (PMO), situated at the contractor's location.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for all contractor-related functions pertaining to the FASTC contract and its task orders.
2. Represent the PM during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
3. Maintain an updated roster and status report for FASTC personnel, tracking various employment metrics.
4. Coordinate billing for unit travel and miscellaneous contract expenses, both domestically and internationally.
5. Organize and prepare contract deliverables for PM review and submission.
6. Plan and oversee professional development training for contract personnel.
7. Assist the PM in the development and implementation of new policies.
8. Manage Human Resource (HR) issues, ensuring prompt responses to personnel requests.
9. Facilitate recruitment processes, including pre-screening interviews for candidate selection.
10. Collaborate with security to fulfill all contract security clearance requirements.
11. Conduct data analytics to identify trends and enhance the accuracy of assessments.
12. Maintain proactive communication with the Department of State (DoS) and contractor employees to assess ongoing information needs.
13. Collaborate with the PM on corporate budgeting and contract reporting.
14. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Recent experience (within the last 5 years) working with FASTC.
- At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years supporting government programs/contracts.
- Prior experience as a Deputy Program Manager or management analyst in a government program/contract setting.
- Proven experience in coordinating HR and recruitment needs.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability in planning, evaluating, and implementing government contract requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Ability to navigate complex situations involving multiple stakeholders.
