Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional insurance products to existing customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Prospecting: Generate new business leads through referrals, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Quote Generation: Provide accurate and competitive quotes to customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure customers are adequately covered and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments and report claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Licensed P&C Agent: Possess a valid Property and Casualty insurance license.

  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer software and systems to manage sales and customer data.
  • Self-Starter: Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
