Position Overview:

Our client, a prominent player in the wireless technology sector, is in search of a dedicated RF Systems Engineer to enhance their innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for all technical and sales inquiries, managing communications through various channels and documenting all interactions.
  • Approach each inquiry as a distinct project, gathering requirements, offering technical insights, and coordinating with internal teams for prompt customer responses.
  • Generate quotes post-training on products, ensuring swift communication with sales personnel and business partners.
  • Handle order processing meticulously, verifying all purchase order details against quotes, customer classifications, and engineering specifications.
  • Prepare production documentation to guarantee timely manufacturing with minimal lead time.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and databases for current information and historical records.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to reorder supplies and communicate with vendors based on demand.
  • Assist engineering and production teams with updates and specifications for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and military-related projects.
  • Support the shipping process by creating and dispatching shipping labels to clients.
  • Engage in forecasting inventory and production requirements, contributing data for marketing initiatives and ensuring the integrity of Salesforce records.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative, sales, project management, or engineering support roles is required.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Docs.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding communication and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a friendly, professional telephone demeanor.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Experience with Access is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and client meetings.
  • Exemplary professionalism, punctuality, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
