Cybersecurity Controls Testing Lead

The Cybersecurity Controls Testing Lead is responsible for overseeing the testing of cybersecurity controls to ensure their effectiveness in protecting Citigroup's assets and clients. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity risks and controls, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement testing plans to evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for control enhancements
- Manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective control testing
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in risk and control management, with a focus on cybersecurity
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective control testing programs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
