Position Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified CT Technologist to join our team on a flexible basis. The ideal candidate will possess a Florida license and be proficient in performing a variety of CT examinations, including brain, spine, and abdominal scans.

This role emphasizes patient care, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality service. As a Level II Trauma Center, our facility requires availability for on-call assignments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer diagnostic CT examinations with precision and compassion.
  • Maintain operational knowledge of CT equipment and related technology.
  • Assist with the administration of contrast media and ensure patient safety during procedures.
  • Document clinical information accurately and obtain informed consent.
  • Ensure high-quality imaging and stay updated on industry protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • Vocational/Technical education in Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications.
  • Active Florida Department of Health licensure.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
