This role is part-time, with flexible hours, and can be completed remotely or onsite based on the candidate's availability during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities of the Principal Investigator:

  • Provide clinical expertise in the conduct of gastroenterology clinical trials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Patient Engagement
  • Provide oversight to a team of researchers and clinical staff involved in conducting clinical trials
  • Evaluate study volunteer's eligibility for clinical trials
  • Review diagnostic reports and provide clinical direction to the clinical trials team

Qualifications for the Principal Investigator:

  • Board Certified Gastroenterologist
  • Active license to practice medicine in the United States with no history of license suspension or debarment
  • Advanced knowledge of treatment and drug interactions
  • Clinical research experience preferred, not required

Compensation and Additional Details for the Principal Investigator:

  • Compensation is flexible based on the candidate's experience
  • Hours must be worked during normal operating hours Monday-Friday
