Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the City of Waukesha's educational goals.
  • Ensure the safety and supervision of students at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on program developments.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with children is desirable.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic and flexible personality.
Compensation and Benefits

$13 - $16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
