Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead our Before/After School Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a proven track record of developing and implementing engaging programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum that provides fun, creative, and safe programs for participants.
  • Organize and lead activities at school sites, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, including volunteers and instructors.
  • Manage program facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the program and attract new participants.
  • Collaborate with school administrators and other community organizations to ensure a seamless program delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality programming.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, recreation, or youth development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a program setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
