Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Before and After School Instructor. As a key member of our program, you will be responsible for planning and leading engaging activities for students, promoting a safe and supportive environment, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a high-quality program.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with our program goals and objectives.
  • Lead activities and games that promote physical and emotional well-being, social skills, and academic development.
  • Ensure the safety and supervision of students at all times, adhering to our program's policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful program.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on program developments and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with children, preferably in a before and after school program setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and fun.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
