Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
  • OSHA-30 certification and First Aid/CPR/Blood borne pathogen training.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with commercial roofing systems, including built-up/modified and single-ply.
  • Knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Work Environment

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to project sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
