Supply Chain Auditor

Uline, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Auditor to join our Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of domestic parcel, less than truckload (LTL), truckload, and import invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Compare transportation carrier invoices against Uline order information, carrier contracts, and shipment documents to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers to streamline services and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely payment to transportation carriers and resolve any payment-related issues.
  • Perform analysis for special projects as needed to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in invoice audit and pay, as well as LTL pricing knowledge, is preferred.
