Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional communication and care to our clients, ensuring that every patient receives the best medical care possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our medical staff to facilitate exceptional communication and care.
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients, establishing a strong relationship and ensuring excellent client care.
  • Manage a high call volume and multi-phone line system, providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Process payments, refunds, and cash handling, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Appropriately record information and maintain medical records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Embody our company's core values, standards of care, mission statement, and practice philosophy, providing exceptional service and care to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a specialty/emergency hospital, traditional ER, or large high-volume day practice.
  • Organized and comfortable with new technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
