Job Title: Sales Service Specialist/Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Service Specialist/Coach to join our team at United Clothing Donation Services. As a key member of our support center, you will play a vital role in promoting business growth by expanding our clientele and driving sales.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Gather customer information to determine eligibility via phone or email.
  • Utilize our CRM to work fund drives and sales partnerships.
  • Answer inquiries regarding clothing drive fundraisers and partnerships.
  • Coordinate preferred dates and times for follow-up.
  • Enter data into the CRM and update customer accounts during calls.
  • Make outbound calls to leads for fundraising and partnerships.
  • Create new leads and accounts in CRM.
  • Outbound cold calls to estate sales, partners, and businesses to solicit items for collection.
  • Work marketing leads requests for information on clothing drive fundraisers.
  • Collaborate with the Support Center Manager and Sales/Fundraising Senior Director to ensure processes are complete.
  • Develop relationships with clients for continued support of their partnerships and drive opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, informative, and professional attitude toward clients.
  • Solve issues relating to fund drives and partner with field coordinators, collection managers, transportation managers, and corporate transportation managers.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Phill the Box fundraising program and partner process.
  • Set up 3-5 clothing drives per week after the initial training period.
  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls or contacts per week.
  • Secure 1-3 new partners, estate sales, or businesses per week.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the program through weekly sales team calls.
  • Possible travel to conferences throughout the year.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and high level of personal integrity.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Persistent and results-oriented.
  • Excellent phone and computer skills.
  • Strong listening and analytical skills.
  • Customer service and documentation skills.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience in a call center environment, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
Compensation and Benefits:
