Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and environmental compliance of our operations. This includes implementing and maintaining company-wide environmental, health, and safety programs and procedures, as well as conducting audits and investigations to identify and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing safety and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Investigating incidents and non-compliance events
  • Providing training and support to employees on safety and environmental procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. environmental science, safety management)
  • 2+ years of experience in a safety or environmental role
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
