Position Overview

This role involves executing the assembly of precision-engineered components within a controlled ISO-6 cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mechanical assemblies in a sterile ISO-6 cleanroom laboratory.
  • Uphold and guarantee ISO-6 cleanliness standards by adhering to established protocols and implementing 5S methodologies.
  • Maintain traceability throughout the assembly process by accurately collecting and documenting data.
  • Support cleanroom evaluations and various testing methodologies.
  • Adhere to, maintain, and ensure the precision of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (both domestic and international) to drive the success of client projects.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for cleanroom operations (ISO-8 and ISO-6).
  • Contribute to quality objectives, safety initiatives, preventative maintenance, and various training programs.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous cleanroom experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to interpret mechanical and assembly blueprints.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work in cleanroom conditions while wearing appropriate cleanroom attire and personal protective equipment as necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including time management, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • A willingness to learn and work as part of a team is essential.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required.
