Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager Retail Programs

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop effective marketing plans that align with corporate and strategic business goals.
  • Provide additional marketing support to company retail locations by analyzing sales information and trends, troubleshooting and identifying factors contributing to performance, developing and implementing aggressive marketing campaigns, and evaluating results.
  • Work with Retail Marketing and the broader Marketing team to develop ways to bring effective marketing tactics to a specific region or retail location.
  • Analyze campaign goals, sales reports, market feedback, trends, opportunities, and market share growth/decline of a category.
  • Support new product launch efforts in assigned region.
  • Work with marketing analytics team to analyze sales territories to identify opportunities and recommend action steps.
  • Work with the Customer Experience Center to align on follow-up and analysis of leads.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Operations, or a business-related field, along with 5-7 years of related experience is required.
  • Experience in marketing, product management, sales, or operations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all functional areas is necessary.
  • Strong leadership skills and a history of demonstrated successes is preferred.
Work Environment:

This position is a fully on-site position based out of the Franklin, MA location. Frequent travel (20-30%) is required.
