Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that finished goods meet customer standards and comply with our company's Good Manufacturing Practices. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits and tests to ensure compliance with customer standards and company policies
- Monitor plant performance and finished goods to identify areas for improvement
- Collect and analyze data to inform quality control decisions
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management to ensure accurate tracking of finished goods
- High school diploma or equivalent required; ASQ certification or equivalent preferred
- One year of related experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
