At API Heat Transfer, we're committed to delivering industry-leading performance and innovative technologies. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a key role in planning, designing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to drive quality, cost reduction, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures to enhance manufacturing environments.
  • Analyze manufacturing process flows to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to achieve quality, cost, and safety goals.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing department to develop and coordinate technical training for employees.
  • Provide engineering support to production colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Develop and execute process improvements and capital appropriations to support cost reductions, new product development, and quality and safety improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, with mechanical engineering preferred.
  • At least three years' of design experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing initiatives with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a detail-oriented focus while balancing multiple duties and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Metal Fabrication, Welding, and Heat Treatment knowledge is a plus.
