Position Summary

As a Client Support Representative I at Vertafore, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service by identifying and resolving fundamental client issues related to our software products. You will document case resolutions and be eager to enhance your troubleshooting skills across various software, network, database, and operating system platforms in an inbound support setting. Your efforts will directly influence our clients' productivity and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate foundational product knowledge while adhering to established procedures to resolve client inquiries.
  • Manage inbound communications, including calls, chats, emails, and support cases.
  • Educate clients on issues and guide them on self-service options for future occurrences.
  • Utilize knowledge gained from training and daily operations to address client needs effectively.
  • Track problems to identify trends or recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate problem resolution.
  • Assist colleagues in performing similar support tasks.
