Job Overview

Kal Krishnan Consulting Services, Inc. (KKCS) is a leading construction management and program management organization seeking a skilled Scheduler II to support the Build LACCD program at Los Angeles Pierce College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and evaluate project schedules to ensure conformance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of project schedules based on defined project execution philosophies.
  • Perform contractor schedule reviews for contract conformance and quality assurance.
  • Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule.
  • Participate in change order negotiations.
  • Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
  • Identify schedule-related problems and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct construction/project site visits for progress reporting.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office Applications.
  • Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling principles.
  • Experience with time impact analysis and construction claims.
