Position Overview
This role involves serving as a Senior CPM Scheduler for a significant capital enhancement initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project advancement in relation to a predetermined baseline; generate assessments for team members and stakeholders that highlight critical paths, near-critical paths, milestone effects, phase adjustments, and potential trends.
- Assess requests for extensions of time.
- Formulate and evaluate schedule resources and cost allocations.
- Conduct time impact evaluations of schedule modifications, pinpoint schedule discrepancies, and identify opportunities.
- Manage issues related to claims.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of scheduling experience in support of active construction initiatives, ideally involving terminal renovation projects.
- Proven experience with large-scale, intricate construction undertakings, including roadways, underground utilities, and/or other heavy civil works.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and substantial construction management software such as Prolog.
- Familiarity with Primavera Risk Analysis is advantageous.
