We are seeking a Paralegal to support our Legal Department in a broad range of activities, including litigation, contract management, and corporate governance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for judgment enforcement, contract, immigration, and corporate matters, and will receive cross-training to support contracts, litigation, and personnel legal functions.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • Supporting litigation efforts and managing various docket-related action items.
  • Tracking contract flow, renewals, and termination dates, and providing updates to the team.
  • Drafting letters and agreements for various business groups and updating electronic databases to reflect agreement terms.
  • Maintaining and filing corporate records, including organizational documents, minutes, annual reports, and stock certificates.
  • Processing immigration cases, including compiling eligibility documents, liaising with internal stakeholders, tracking filing dates, and maintaining case files in electronic databases.
  • Providing general administrative support, including editing, formatting, copying, scanning, and filing.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with strong academic credentials and 2 years of full-time legal experience, primarily supporting litigation and contract activities. Knowledge of civil litigation and immigration processes is essential, as well as excellent writing and verbal communication skills, robust computer skills, and the ability to learn contract management software.
