Starting Salary ranges from $100,500 to $134,250 annually.
To promote work-life balance, compensation is structured around our standard 38:45-hour work week. The salary offered is contingent upon skills and qualifications, with the upper limit reserved for candidates with extensive relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
If you thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment focused on assisting customers in overcoming unexpected challenges, HRU is the ideal choice for you. Each year, the U.S. experiences approximately 3,000 hailstorms.
These storms often occur during severe weather, leading to billions of dollars in damages to properties annually.
HRU specializes in guiding customers through the claims process related to hail damage.This role involves managing a team within a virtual network dedicated to supporting one another in delivering a timely and exceptional customer experience.
Team Managers are dedicated to mentoring and developing our staff to ensure they provide outstanding service to our clients.This Role Involves:
Direct management of assigned claims personnel, encompassing hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and salary considerations
Oversight and management of claim operations, including investigations, claim payments, and adjustment expense payments
Coordinating, communicating, and implementing new company programs, policies, practices, and procedures
Ensuring adherence to company protocols, applicable federal/state regulations, and legal standards
Fostering employee development within an inclusive workplace
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in claims operations and/or call center environments is preferred
Prior leadership experience is advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership capabilities
Maintain a relentless focus on customer satisfaction when making decisions
Assess our environment candidly and address challenges proactively
Inspire and motivate individuals to understand and achieve shared objectives
Additional Information:
Employees must successfully complete all required training, including necessary licensing exams, MVRs, and background checks mandated by various states.
