Starting Salary ranges from $100,500 to $134,250 annually.

Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, compensation is structured around our standard 38:45-hour work week. Salary offered is contingent on skills and qualifications, with the upper end of the range reserved for candidates with substantial relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
Catastrophic events can occur unexpectedly and in various forms. Some may provide advance notice, while others may not. Certain catastrophes may affect a small area with significant severity, while others may be widespread with less severe consequences.

The WCCS Stewardship team assists thousands of customers daily in recovering from catastrophic weather events, making a meaningful impact in their lives.

The WCCS Stewardship division is a customer-facing segment with diverse work and substantial rewards.

This is a stewardship environment where team members have the autonomy and authority to manage their own claims inventory.

Team Managers are dedicated to leading and developing our staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our customers.

This includes:
First-line management of assigned claims personnel, encompassing hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and salary activities

Oversight and control of the operation's claims activities, including investigations, claim payments, and adjustment expense payments

Coordinating, communicating, and implementing new company programs, policies, practices, and procedures

Ensuring adherence to company procedures, applicable federal/state laws, and legal requirements

Fostering employee development within an inclusive environment


This is a hybrid role that allows you to work part of the time from home and part of the time collaboratively in the office.

During the training period, you may spend a greater percentage of time in the office to enhance your learning experience.

Hours of operation are regularly assessed and may change based on business needs.

Successful candidates are expected to be flexible with work shifts and may be required to work overtime and/or irregular hours.


Qualifications:
Experience in claims operations and/or call center preferred

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience.

Prior leadership experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Maintain a relentless focus on customer satisfaction when making decisions

Assess our environment candidly and confront challenges directly

Inspire and motivate individuals to understand and achieve shared goals

Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable licensing exams, MVRs, and background checks as mandated by various states.
