We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Team Leader to join our team at INSHUR. As a Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of Claim Specialists who will be handling commercial auto claims across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of up to 10 Claim Specialists
  • Develop and implement process improvements in a claims environment
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
Requirements
  • At least 12 months' experience supervising direct reports in a claims environment
  • Current adjuster's license in Texas or ability to obtain within 45 days
  • Passion for mentoring and developing claim professionals
  • Experience hiring, developing, and managing claim specialists
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
