Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards of service and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Operations and Logistics
- Prepare schedules and assign duties to housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and meet guest needs.
- Take inventory and submit orders for supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
- Prepare required paperwork and reports to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Guest Service and Satisfaction
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work with the team to implement improvements and increase guest satisfaction.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of previous housekeeping supervisor experience required.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a full-time position that requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching. The work schedule may vary and may include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
