Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our housekeeping team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change bed linen, dust and polish furniture, and sanitize and scrub bathtubs, sinks, toilets, and floors.
  • Supply guests with extra linen upon request and remove Room Service tables and trays from guest rooms.
  • Communicate with guests, Executive Housekeepers, and Security personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Load linen carts, which requires bending and reaching 6 feet high and lifting roughly 7 pounds per linen bundle.
  • Walk extensively to and from employee entrances, Housekeeping Department, and assigned stations.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months to one year related experience in a casino or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work at various tempos, concentrate amid distractions, and examine and observe details.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending/stooping, kneeling, carrying, observing, stretching, lifting 50 pounds, pushing, turning, hearing, balancing, and observing. The work environment is inside, with odors, hazards, dirty conditions, gloves, chemical cleaning products, and other related hazards.
