Customer Service Liaison Specialist

Georgetown University seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThis role serves as the primary point of contact for various student, member, and customer needs. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and managing our team of Customer Service Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, students, and staff
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Manage schedules, conflicts, and performance issues within the team
- Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, business, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- A competitive salary of $62,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
