**Job Summary**

The Calibration Service Coordination position at ATS Family is responsible for coordinating various aspects of the Calibration Lab, including schedules, activities, database management, vendor support, shipping and receiving, purchase orders, and purchasing products for clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform day-to-day coordination of the calibration program at the client facility.
  • Proactively schedule calibration events 30, 60, and 90 days from the calibration due date.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and ATS Family.
  • Work with other ATS labs to support calibration events that cannot be supported locally.
  • Collect gages from designated locations within the client facility.
  • Manage, schedule, and coordinate calibration activities for the client's calibration program.
  • Maintain the calibration database at the client site.
  • Coordinate 3rd party calibration support from other vendors.
  • Prepare shipping and receiving documentation for weekly pickup from our local laboratory or other vendors.
  • Generate purchase orders for parts, repairs, and calibrations from vendors.
  • Order new products as requested from the client.

**Required Experience and Skills:**

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with clients in a professional manner on a consistent and daily basis.

**Additional Requirements:**

  • The position will require walking at least 40% of the time and sitting 60% of the time in a laboratory and commercial environment.
