Job Summary

The Human Resources Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role within the day-to-day operations of the Company, directly impacting the financial and operational success of the business each day. This role supports the full range of functions within the Human Resource Department, including recruiting, intake & onboarding, HRIS data management, benefits & leave administrations, workers' compensation, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creates, generates, and maintains records relating to Human Resources activities
  • Recruits and Intakes new team members
  • Manages HRIS data and payroll calculations
  • Administers and maintains workers' compensation filings and compliance
  • Generates and maintains organizational charts, attendance sheets, and requisite filing
  • Schedules, tracks, and reports on Training and Learning activities
  • Provides direct support to Team Members on HR, Operations, and Office Administration topics
  • Supports special events with scheduling, planning, setup, and teardown as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and strong academic background
  • 4+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or higher
  • Professional exposure to manufacturing compliance regulations
  • Fluent English speaking and reading is required
  • Spanish speaking and reading is preferred
  • SHRM-CP and PHR certifications preferred
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and general proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong ability to create and follow standardized processes
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
