Job Description

United Way Miami is seeking a Client Services Navigator to join our team. As a Client Services Navigator, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, helping them access and navigate a range of services tailored to their circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support to clients facing financial crises, helping to stabilize situations and direct them to the appropriate resources.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify and understand client requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Develop personalized service plans by connecting clients to appropriate community resources, programs, and support systems.
  • Assist clients with service applications, paperwork, and follow-up processes to facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in handling sensitive client information.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • One to three years of work experience in an office environment.
  • Advanced Outlook and Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to function in a team environment.
