About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead our customer data platform program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale, high-impact programs that span multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program plans, including tasks, resources, timelines, costs, and benefits.
  • Manage program budget and resource allocation.
  • Communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Plan and JIRA.
  • Knowledge of customer data platforms.
  • Experience in marketing, retail, Ecommerce, and Omnichannel.
  • Experience in preparing and managing project budgets.
  • Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
