Job Title: Office Manager

At Aidaly, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our office and community lounge, ensuring a seamless experience for our caregivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Coordinate training labs and events with the clinical team lead
  • Use technology to manage caregiver schedules and maintain records
  • Host community programming and collaborate with local support service providers
  • Engage in local social media content and build community through sharing knowledge
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in a similar role or industry
