Office Manager

At Aidaly, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our office and community lounge, ensuring a seamless experience for our caregivers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Coordinate training labs and events with the clinical team lead
- Use technology to manage caregiver schedules and maintain records
- Host community programming and collaborate with local support service providers
- Engage in local social media content and build community through sharing knowledge
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Competitive pay: $25 - $30 an hour
