Position Summary:
We are in search of a meticulous and highly efficient Executive Administrative Coordinator to support our operations. This role begins as a temporary position with the possibility of evolving into a permanent placement based on performance and compatibility. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in administrative functions, particularly with advanced skills in Excel, and the capability to excel in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excel Mastery: Employ advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data reporting to effectively manage and analyze information.
- Administrative Duties: Execute general administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, correspondence management, and organization of filing systems.
- Data Oversight: Support data entry, report creation, and data analysis to facilitate various business operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and fulfill organizational objectives.
- High-Volume Management: Handle multiple tasks concurrently while ensuring precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Excel Proficiency: Extensive experience with Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and report generation is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a relevant administrative role is essential.
- Independent and Collaborative Work: Ability to function autonomously as well as in a team setting.
- High-Volume Environment: Proven experience in a high-volume setting, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a similar capacity within a fast-paced sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation Details: $25.00 per hour
