**Responsibilities:**
* Assist with creating and executing calendars and personal schedules for assigned neighborhoods
* Ensure an abundance of supplies and working technology is available to residents
* Continuously invite, encourage, and assist residents in all activities
* Set up agendas for evening engagement and present plans to evening caregivers, following up the next day to ensure execution
* Assist the team with monthly budgets to provide food, engagement, and educational activities
* Communicate and interact with residents, families, and team members in a kind, respectful, and effective manner
* Champion hospitality and deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalency required
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
* Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to make decisions and act in the resident's best interest
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience working with seniors preferred and a desire to serve and care for seniors
