About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Music Industry Assistant to join our team at Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc. As a Music Industry Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Music department with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Complete an 8-week training program to master WME booking admin and system skills, enabling you to effectively support the Music department.
  • Booking and Contract Management: Enter promoter offers into WME booking systems, collect ticket counts for our client roster, and review show contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide temporary coverage for desks while assistants are away, assist with daily administrative tasks, and complete department and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of Windows OS.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the current music industry landscape and a passion for live music.
  • Communication: Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls while maintaining professional communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be detailed-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through.
  • Problem-Solving: Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidentiality: Friendly and open demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Dependability: Dependable and proactive.
  • Time Management: Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently.
