About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to lead the development of cutting-edge applications for our clients in the financial services sector. As a key member of our team, you will drive successful product development and leverage your expertise in product management to inform and validate product strategies and decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that product goals are met and aligned with client needs.
  • Implement Scrum and Agile methodologies to effectively manage product development timelines and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Prioritize and advocate for user-centered design principles to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform product roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, and communicate product plans to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Tech Proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Familiarity with product case studies and their application to product development.
  • Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
