Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to join our team at Western & Southern Financial Group. As a Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in assisting in research, analysis, definition, design, testing, and planning activities, as well as applying new technologies to processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in monitoring new developments in the software/hardware marketplace and assist in identifying new products with potential benefit to W&SFG.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends and investigate their use in W&SFG, recommending adoption of new technologies/methodologies when appropriate.
  • Provide swat team style support to development projects, resolving problems of a moderately complex, technical nature.
  • Assist in developing standards/guidelines that influence implementation of new technologies throughout W&SFG development staff.
  • Participate in research, definition, design, development, testing, checkout, and debugging of new systems, new technologies, and/or systems improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate selection criteria experience.
  • Demonstrated experience setting goals and successfully implementing and achieving goals.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively handling customers and providing excellent service.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to function on a project level, on application and technical projects, with little or no supervision.
