Job Summary:The LOB Lead Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between the business line, operations, and technical areas throughout the project cycle. This individual will possess strong knowledge of the business line, including the business plan, products, processes, and revenue streams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership on sensitive subject matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Function as the liaison between the business line, operations, and technical areas throughout the project cycle.
- Act as team leader for projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting user requirements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
- Collaborate with technical areas to research and resolve system and process problems.
- Identify, research, and analyze production problems, developing solutions and coordinating resolutions.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in banking, financial services, or related experience.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience. Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in areas of operations, manufacturing, or quality.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
