Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. You will also gather business requirements for enhancements to computer systems/applications, prepare technical design documents, and implement new designs as per technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems
  • Gather business requirements for enhancements to computer systems/applications
  • Prepare technical design documents based on business requirements
  • Implement new designs as per technical specifications
  • Develop test plans and conduct unit and integration testing
  • Conduct user acceptance testing with client/end user and fix any issues raised
  • Participate in code deployment and coordinate with different infrastructure teams during go-live, post production, and continued support of end product
Requirements
  • Solution Analyst skills: XML structure, process mapping, source target data, SQL, and insurance knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills to elicit requirements from business stakeholders and communicate those requirements both internal and to external development teams
  • Ability to understand the business and support testing and troubleshoot defects
