Job Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various construction projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the complete project life cycle, from initial client engagement to project completion. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations, and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closeout
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
  • Coordinate and allocate resources to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage change requests, scope changes, and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance project efficiency and quality
  • Adhere to project management best practices and methodologies
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mechanical construction project management
  • Ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience working in commercial and industrial atmospheres
  • Willingness to travel 30% to 60% of the time
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex electrical projects on time and within budget
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing project teams
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, standards, and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or CEM are highly desired
Benefits

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $85,000 to $100,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
