Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Performance Contracting Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and financial statements.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • OSHA certification.
  • Local to the metro area.
