Low Voltage Electrical Technician - Facilities Management

Position Overview

The Low Voltage Electrical Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and functionality of electrical systems within our facilities. Working alongside a team of skilled tradespeople, this position is essential for ensuring that our environment remains conducive to learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, fixtures, and related components.
  • Perform standard electrical work and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Respond to service requests and provide timely support to building users.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and materials while adhering to safety regulations and best practices.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent training in the electrical trade.
  • Possession of a current journeyman electrical license.
  • Valid driver's license.


Additional Information

The Low Voltage Electrical Technician may be subject to drug and alcohol testing as part of our commitment to safety. This role may also require operating vehicles as part of job duties.
