At Lose Design, we create spaces that enhance the human experience. As a Customer Service Representative- Part Time, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team and help serve existing clients while expanding our services to new customers. This is a highly customer-facing role where you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong problem-solving attitude. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing job progress updates, and scheduling appointments to meet customer requirements and KPIs.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Refer to customer scripts when dealing with complex situations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve departmental processes and company service standards.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and job progress.
  • Utilize technology such as phone, email, and web browser to perform job duties.
  • Participate in training and meetings to stay up-to-date on policy and product knowledge.
  • Track customer accounts and make updates as necessary.
  • Provide follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
