Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

To be successful in this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of relevant experience, and the ability to type at least 30 words per minute. A valid South Carolina driver's license is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $38,000-$43,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
