About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Training Specialist to join our team at SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for enhancing the skills, abilities, knowledge, and experience of our customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Assess, determine needs, and train as needed to ensure our customers and associates have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Customer Service Representative: Train and perform duties as a Customer Service Representative, providing exceptional service to our customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and be able to present this knowledge in a training environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all company employees in a businesslike and professional manner.
  • Time Management: Prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • Attain and Maintain Knowledge: Stay current with the knowledge and skills required to train, provide information, and assistance as needed.
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Teach new Customer Service Representatives SAP and product knowledge to prepare them to function independently in the customer service environment.
  • Support and Collaboration: Support the customer service team to ensure a smooth workflow and provide assistance as needed.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Create and maintain all local training documentation, as well as assist with corporate documents and the training department.
  • Adaptability: Stay current with all routine customer service responsibilities and perform in the role of a customer service representative when needed.
