Swim Instructor

At British Swim School, we are seeking a part-time Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children and adults, starting at 3-months old, following the British Swim School aquatics program that is gentle, fun, and progressive.
Responsibilities:
Instruct swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training and program standards, maintaining certifications throughout employment.
Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
Create a fun, professional, and safe environment for all students and parents.
Assist and guide parents and swimmers on the pool deck as needed.
Requirements:
18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Enthusiastic personality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable leading in a small group setting.
Comfortable in and around the water. Strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught and developed.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay starting at $17-25/hour, based on experience, with possible opportunities for promotions/pay increases.
