Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Manager Trainee, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role. You'll work closely with our experienced team members to develop your leadership skills, learn operations management, and contribute to creating life-changing medicines.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a 12-month training program that includes leadership development, operations management, and business skills training
- Contribute to financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, people, and facilities management
- Develop skills to meet production and cost goals while ensuring compliance with regulations and BioLife SOPs
- Travel to BioLife locations across the country to learn from our team members and build your network
- Foster an inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain donor satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience (approximately 3 years)
- Experience with supervising team members, including skills in coaching, developing, and holding performance management conversations
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program
- Experience working with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and the FDA
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment
